🟢 Second Field Visit

As part of the program aimed at strengthening managerial and institutional capacities of cooperatives, small businesses, self-entrepreneurs, and development associations, the Doukkala Non-Governmental Associations Network organized a second collective field visit.

This visit aimed to promote the exchange of experiences among stakeholders.

It was conducted in partnership with:

• Casablanca-Settat Regional Council

• Casablanca-Settat Wilaya

• Regional Directorate of Employment

🟢 First Stop: Women’s Cooperative of El Aounate

The visit included the women’s cooperative of El Aounate, specialized in local product valorization.

The president presented:

• The workspace

• Available facilities

• Processing areas (grinding, sieving)

• Storage areas

She also introduced the cooperative’s main activities.

🟢 Second Stop: Small Business

The visit also included a small business located in Ouled Bsaakane, specialized in construction materials.

The owner presented:

• Types of materials

• Business operations

• Pricing based on quality
