The second day of the training session dedicated to the preparation of a human resources procedures manual and the development of a human capital management policy within the network focused on continuing capacity-building and guidance activities for participants during March 7–8, 2026.

The sessions emphasized practical mechanisms for strengthening the network’s human resources management system through the development of an administrative and organizational procedures guide, as well as a clear policy for managing human capital in line with principles of good governance and institutional efficiency.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and best practices aimed at enhancing managerial and organizational capacities and improving the network’s internal operational mechanisms.

This activity was organized within the framework of the partnership program with Avocats Sans Frontières (ASF), under the “Dialogue” project implemented by HI, ASF, and Amane, in accordance with the Strategic Support Program for Civil Society in Morocco funded by the European Union Delegation in Morocco.
The training session was marked by constructive discussions and interactive participation, highlighting the importance of investing in human capital as a key pillar for strengthening institutional work and ensuring the sustainability of the network’s performance.
