Final Conference – Summary
The final conference of the “Participatory Democracy Nights” program was held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 9:30 AM, in the meeting hall of the Sidi Bennour municipality.
Summary of the Final Conference
The conference began with an opening speech from the network, expressing gratitude to the Ministry Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, represented by Mr. Ismail Mansouri, Head of the Partnership Department with Civil Society Organizations.
Thanks were also extended to all attendees, including local elected officials, representatives of public administrations, civil society actors, and media representatives.
Mr. Ismail Mansouri delivered an opening address highlighting the network’s efforts and his support throughout the program over a period of one and a half years. He emphasized the importance of communication in promoting participatory democracy and active citizenship.
He also underlined the role of associations in engaging citizens through various communication tools aligned with legal frameworks, including digital content and social media platforms.
